Angelina Helene is all in one: an Alchemist, a Healer, a Teacher, a Student, a Guide, a Health Warrior with a passion for leading others on their own journey to uncover their true essence - the source of vibrantly radiant health, magic, and a life filled with pure love & joy! Throughout her life, Angelina has faced challenges head-on and utilized each one as an opportunity for growth & healing and radiantly walks her sacred path with high integrity, presence, and devotion.
As a natural healer intuitively attuned to Spirit from a young age, Angelina was unaware she experiencing the world differently until starting a yoga practice at the age of 17, when "suddenly, the world became a softer, gentler place to interact" - with further inquiry, she came to understand that it was a result of chakra balance. Realizing she had experienced energies of chakras her whole life - in both herself and others; people's actions and emotions and how she would interact/feel those emotions began to make sense. She came to understand that she was also sensing chakra imbalances in others via clairsentience and claircognizance. Immersing herself in a deep dive of chakra study & healing, she frequently visited neighboring NYC to embark into a world that felt like home - mystical studies, crystal healing, energy & sound healing, chakra therapies and more.
Angelina is formally trained in Nutrition, the first area that she developed strong intuition around; and has studied Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Cellular Detox, and Natural Hygiene, which eventually led to a post-grad certification in Holistic Nutrition and a Masters in Nutrition & Integrative Wellness. Angelina has extensive experience with juice therapy, cellular cleansing, healing foods and has guided hundreds through cleansing in alignment with the seasonal shifts and cycles of the moon. Although her journey soon became more focused on the esoteric and energy modalities, nutritional healing always serves as a foundation, along with purification therapies as a means of spiritual growth. During her "spiritual initiation" in her 20's & 30's, she trained in various yoga lineages including Kundalini, energy healing and lymphatic detoxification. Angelina has been offering services as a Yoga & Meditation Teacher for the past 28 years, Nutritionist for over 20 years and Energy Medicine Practitioner for 25 years, yet it is her own experience in deeply healing her own body from the devastating & debilitating effects of chronic disease (see more in "Awakening" below) that she gives credit to as qualifying her to hold space for others to experience their own personal healing. Drawing on various modalities to offer therapies that truly bring coherence to the Mind|Body|Soul continuum, her radiant energy reaches people around the world who seek transformation, spiritual guidance, and soul-level healing.

Awakening
Rarely will someone credit a life-altering, debilitating disease as the biggest blessing in their life - yet Angelina does. It was a 10-year journey of "odd symptoms" that started fairly benign and progressed to complete endocrine failure, resistant accumulation of toxins/heavy metals, frequent seizures, convulsions, pain, neurological symptoms, inflammation and more. It served as a "message" to halt a life of pushing beyond her limits and it was a call to action to harness her warrior spirit to implement all she had learned in the fight against the "invisible, nameless disease" that would soon be known as Lyme disease.

Healing from Lyme disease brought together all the areas that Angelina was developing expertise in. She experienced firsthand the connections between the energetic chakra system and the delicate endocrine system and how each not only is affected by toxins but prevents the removal of toxins. Angelina went from fighting for her life to restoring the vibrancy and vitality that she initially experienced in her 20's upon healing lifelong chakra imbalances. It is these same therapies and modalities that she utilizes with her clients to help them restore their vitality, clear blockages, heal dis-ease, release limiting beliefs and allow them to experience love, radiance, magic and a deeper connection to Source.

My own journey has been over three decades in the making and has led me to the path I am on now. One of my greatest gifts is maintaining a "student's mind" - open to the limitless possibilities of seeing everyone and everything as a teacher and maintaining an open mind and Soul for continued growth; my spiritual journey initiated with yoga & Vedic studies 30 years ago and continues to the present. While I have been offering chakra/crystal healing therapies for over 25 years now, I feel I fully stepped into the role of "healer" 18 years ago with initiation into Traditional Usui Reiki, which propelled me into one of my greatest awakenings and a deepened connection to Source Energy. I continued to explore and expand into various spiritual practices and healing lineages - initially to heal myself, then others. The therapies I now offer, have garnered me the resilience to weather many a storm and have supported me through various life transitions.
My passion truly guides others to uncover the magic in their life and to witness them achieve radiant wellness. I dedicate my life to leading a healthy, natural lifestyle that includes daily spiritual practices, purification therapies, and consistent learning that allows me to assist others on their own path to vibrant health. The areas of lymphatic/cellular detox/purification therapies and energy medicine are incredibly close to my heart; these tools significantly restored my health from chronic, undiagnosed Lyme Disease and the accompanying symptoms, while also deepening my spiritual connection to Source Energy.
I am living proof that a wholistic approach to healing is not only possible but in many cases, the only way to achieve whole-body wellness. Throughout my journey, I have experienced both extreme vitality and devastating debilitation. I know what it feels like to seemingly do everything right and not yield the desired results.
